Breast and GYN Health Project is currently recruiting for the following two positions:
Full-time Cancer Patient Navigator
The Breast and GYN Health Project (BGHP) is seeking someone who is committed to ensuring everyone has access to a seamless network of care when facing a breast or gynecologic cancer concern. The Cancer Patient Navigator will join a strong team of experienced staff and volunteers to assist people on the North Coast as they face a breast or gynecologic cancer or cancer concern. The person in this role will help staff outreach events which are occasionally on the weekends or evenings. This is a 37.5 hour per week benefited position, located at BGHP's office in Arcata, CA. $20 initial training wage.
Ideal candidates will have experience with medical patient navigation, or patient navigation from a cancer patient ‘s perspective, and/or medical case management or care coordination experience. Nursing, social work, or health education background helpful, but not required. Having a driver's license and reliable transportation is a job requirement.

Part-Time Cancer Patient Navigator

This is a 20 hour per week part-time position. Work is done in-person at our office which is located in Arcata, CA. $20 initial training wage.
Ideal candidates will have experience with medical patient navigation/care coordination, or patient navigation from a cancer patient perspective, and/or medical case management or care coordination experience. Nursing, social work, or health education background helpful, but not required. Having a driver's license and reliable transportation is a job requirement.
