The Breast and GYN Health Project currently has one job opening:
BGHP is seeking someone who is committed to ensuring everyone has access to a seamless network of care when facing a breast or gynecologic cancer concern. The Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Cancer Patient Navigator will join a strong team of experienced staff and volunteers to assist people on the North Coast as they face a breast or gynecologic cancer or cancer concern. The person in this role will help staff outreach events which are occasionally on the weekends or evenings. This is a 35 hours per week benefited position, located at BGHP's office in Arcata, CA.
Ideal candidates will have experience with medical patient navigation, or patient navigation from a cancer patient perspective, and/or medical case management or care coordination experience. Nursing, social work or health education background helpful, but not required. Having a driver's license and reliable transportation is a job requirement.
