If you'd like, you are welcome to print the donation form (download from the link on the bottom of this page) and mail it with your check. If you would like to make monthly donations, you can use the same printed form. This form is not required. Please make checks out to: Breast and GYN Health Project, 2715 Hubbard Lane, Eureka, CA 95501.
Donor Advised Fund or Family Foundation
We appreciate gifts from all sources. If you are part of a Family Foundation or you have a Donor Advised Fund, please consider recommending a gift to the Breast and GYN Health Project. You can easily give a gift right now from your donor advised fund (DAF) by using this link. Just type your fund provider's name and the system will prompt you through the process. Donations from IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts):
Older adults can get tax benefits by making donations from their IRA even if they do not itemize deductions. If you are making “Required Minimum Distributions” from your IRA, a “Qualified Charitable Distribution” to Breast and GYN Health Project is not taxed as income. An IRA owner age 70 1/2 or over can transfer up to $100,000 tax-free to the Breast and GYN Health Project as a “Qualified Charitable Distribution” without claiming it as income. And if you are at least age 72, QCD’s count toward a “Required Minimum Distribution” or RMD.
Matching Gifts
Did you know that many employers will provide matching funds for your donation? Please check with your employer to find out if your employer supports gift matching programs and will match your donation to the Breast and GYN Health Project.
